I was looking for a pair of good walking sandals to take with me to Italy this summer. I read the gread reviews from other purchasers of Sunbeat and decided to give them a try. bandolino Gordona Shoes, I am pleased as punch–I am wearing them right now! They felt like slippers when I put them on and the adjustable buckle straps make for an ideal fit. I love the mushroom color because it is so neutral. The 3 straps do take a bit of getting used to but that might just be me because I usually wear very simple styles. The 3 straps also looked a little “hippy/funky” to me at first but I am really pleased so far and think that these shoes will be perfect for walking those Roman streets and Tuscan hills.
I have this sandal in every color, both nubuck and leather. But a few years ago you made them in shocking pink, kelly green etc. Do you know where I can find those and/or purple, violet, lime green and other summer colors. Living in Scottsdale I wear them all year, everyday! It’s the Best! The Sunbeat is the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever owned. They were comfortable from the minute I tried them on. No break-in period necessary. I love these shoes!!! And I’ve heard the same from other people who wear them. I have worn out four pairs of these sandals over the last 14 years. I wear them all summer and then in winter with socks. The straps make them adjustable for my slightly wide feet. The best thing is the comfortable sole. If I could only have one pair of shoes, these would be it. I hope they never change.
These sandals are the best I’ve ever had. I now have them in every color and have to keep on ordering a new pair to replace the ones I wear every day when they finally wear out. I don’t know what I’ll do if they stop producing this style. They are particularly good for people who have a wide foot, like me. Normally, I wear a W, but in this shoe, I wear a medium. That is partly because of the three, adjustable straps and the softness of the leather. They are great for warm weather because they can be so easily adjusted. I also like the suede (or maybe they are nubuck) soles that don’t slip and slide when the weather is warm and your foot perspires. Gordona Pumps, They shield the foot somewhat from feeling road surfaces, but other sandals, like Joseph Siebel offer a more cushion-y feel. They go well with both sporty and dressy attire, slacks as well as skirts.
Recovering after a broken ankle, I found it difficult to wear my regular shoes because of intermittent swelling. A friend recommended Clarks’ Sunbeat from Zappos. They arrived 3 days later and I found they were perfect. Very comfortable, adjustable and look good with jeans or more dressy clothes. I spent a month in Italy 2 years ago and walked every day in my Clark sandals. Very comfortable, stylish, and sturdy. I especially like all the color choices. Good value, as well.
