This shoe is so beautiful. I think it runs about a 1/2 size small but I find that is the case w/most higher quality, more expensive shoes. Normally I wear a 9 or even 9 1/2 but the 9 slipped a bit in the heel. I could probably have just put in heel grips but I ordered the next size down and they fit perfect. I can’t say what the long term comfort level is but they felt good as soon as I put them on. I was going to buy the wine but decided I already had too many red shoes so I bought the navy. It is a GORGEOUS color, very rich and kind of unusual. It’s more like a deep sapphire than navy. The patent also has a texture look to it and that makes it more unique. The buckle adds elegance also. LOVE THEM!! I still would love to have the red.

The lining of the shoe must have been a flannel of some kind because it wasn’t smooth and made the shoe hard to slip in to. And after seeing it I prefer not to have the nubuk finish. I would prefer a slick finish on the outside also. It was uncomfortable with the lining. Comfortable! These are not pretty shoes, but they are so comfortable! They were actually my very first pair of Clarks. I had to have more and have numerous pairs of Clarks. Bandolino Quartez shoes, I have tried many different brands of shoes and Clarks BY FAR make the most comfortable shoes! Keep up the great work Clarks. This is my favorite shoe. I have a lot of foot problems and these are the only non-tie shoes, I can stand without my orthotics. I have several pairs and always look for them to be on sale somewhere.

I had been disappointed to find that the Clarks sandals I had worn for years were no longer in stock. I was stunned to find a Clarks sandal that looked remarkably like my old ones and the name was only one letter off. I have been very pleased that the fit, the wear, the tread are just exactly what I was looking for. I was also pleased by the fact that they arrived days earlier than I expected. The only slight flaw is that the color rubs off on socks slightly the first time they are worn. It hasn’t been a continuing problem.

Pleased as punch - I’ve been wearing Clark’s Sunbeat sandals for about 4 yrs and I totally love them! They’re the only style sandals I wear. My feet are a little wide in the instep and the 3 buckles make it easy to adjust for a most comfortable fit. I’m so pleased to have found them at Zappos.com and not only did I get my navy pair, but also purchased a black pair. Now I’m all set for the summer.
